item, response scales, and open-ended questions. Survey takers
can be registered in the system, then automatically sent email
notification messages about the survey, and then follow up
reminder emails, as needed. In other situations it’s
easier to send survey takers a general purpose keycode that
allows access to the system.
Because the survey content and response options can be anything, Censeo provides clients with two reporting options: (1) a download of the raw responses extracted from the system, or (2) tailored reports based on the client’s requirements.
