Ronald H. Gross, Ph.D.: President and CEO
Dr. Gross has more than 30 years experience in developing
and implementing innovative HR systems to meet business needs.
Prior to founding Censeo, he was the Vice President of Consulting
at AlignMark for five years, a principal in William M. Mercer’s
HR practice for twelve years, and an internal consultant with
General Electric for eight years. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational
Psychology from the University of Tennessee, an M.B.A. from
the University of Utah, and a B.A. in Psychology from the
University of Michigan.
Dr. Gross provides key leadership to Censeo in three respects. First, he is a seasoned business leader. Over the years, he has built successful consulting organizations by defining market opportunities, hiring exceptional talent, and managing resources to accomplish objectives. Second, he has a proven track record in developing HR products and services that are well received in the marketplace. Third, with his extensive experience in the field, he provides both consulting and assessment technology expertise to the professional team.

Carla J. W. Higgins, M.S.: Vice President Products
Ms. Higgins offers Censeo an experienced track record of bringing
successful products to market – including managing all
phases of the development cycle. Prior to founding Censeo,
she was a Senior Consultant and Products Manager at AlignMark
for five years, and an Assistant Human Resources Manager for
Smithfield Foods, Inc for three years. She earned a master's
in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Radford University,
and a B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration,
also from Radford University.

Michael J. Kazazis,
M.B.A.: Vice President Operations and Finance
During the past 20 years, Mr. Kazazis has held technology
management positions in many different industries ranging
from Wall Street, to defense, to electronic publishing. Prior
to founding Censeo, Mr. Kazazis enjoyed a seven year tenure
with the Thomson Corporation where he worked with several
Thomson organizations. His most recent assignment at Thomson
was VP of Technology for AlignMark/Thomson Learning, a human
resources consulting firm. While at AlignMark, he instituted
many changes in the business to allow for more formalized
development, testing, release and support of the core products
via the Internet. Mr. Kazazis earned an M.B.A. from the Crummer
Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.S.
in Computer Science from Hofstra University.

James M. Higgins, M.S.: Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Higgins brings eleven years of progressive major account
sales and Human Resource consulting experience to Censeo.
Prior to founding Censeo, he played a key role with AlignMark
Corporation for three years, successfully managing the sales
efforts for the company’s largest sales territory while
also maintaining significant consulting responsibilities.
Prior to that, he worked as a Sales Professional and Sales
Trainer with New York Life Insurance for three years. He earned
an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Radford
University and a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration
from Marshall University.

Dikesh K. Chokshi,
M.S., M.B.A.: Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Chokshi’s pioneering work on one of the industry’s
first Internet-based assessment delivery applications has
served as the foundation of Censeo’s leading-edge assessment
platforms. Prior to founding Censeo, Dikesh served as a Technology
Consultant for Thomson Corporation and Lucent Technologies.
Among the well-known software applications that Dikesh has
worked on includes Seagate Software’s BackupExec 7.0,
for which he was responsible for the architecture of the Notification
Service and Conner Peripheral’s StoreView, a SNMP based
RAID management software. Dikesh holds an M.S. in Computer
Science from the Colorado State University at Fort Collins,
an M.B.A. in Finance from B.K. School of Business Management
in India, and a B.S. in Physics/Math from M.G. Science Institute
in India.
